• End user can confirm desk bookings at the desk up to 0.5 hour before the booking start time and no later than 1 hour after the booking start. E.g. If a reservation starts at 8 AM, a user can check in starting from 7:30 AM but no later than 9 AM.
• Users can book desks 8 days in advance
