Clicking on “Desks Bulk Configuration” on the top right leads the administrator to a page where they can interactively select desks and configure the actions for each desk by bulk.
Firstly, the administrator selects a level, and its respective Floor Map will be brought up.
They can then select the desks that they would like to work with, these will be highlighted in blue upon clicking. By clicking the “Selected Desks” on the top panel, this will show a list of desks currently selected.
After the desks have been selected, clicking the ‘hamburger’ symbol on the top right beside ‘Action List’ brings up a list of actions that the admin can configure for each desk. For details on each action and their drop-down menu, refer to Section .
