Floorplans is a main page, in which the administrator can either create a booking, view the desk’s status, event log, or perform other administrative actions.

Desk Patterns

Each desk is highlighted with different colours, depending on their occupancy status:

• Green: Available
• Orange: Occupied, but not reserved.
• Red: Occupied and Reserved. If a desk is pre-booked but not checked in yet, it may have a purple border.
• Blue: Privacy mode.
• Faded Colour: The desk is offline, and the colour indicates its last state before connectivity was lost.
• White with Red Stripes: The desk is unavailable for reservation as it is being cleaned by the cleaner.
• White with Blue Border: The desk has been cleaned and is available for reservation.

The administrator can reserve or release a desk on behalf of a user. The privacy mode, however, can only be toggled by the user via the desk module’s button if they have reserved the desk.

On the top left of the screen select different levels in the building. Clicking on one brings up its corresponding floor map.

By clicking on a desk, a desk action panel will pop up on the right in which the administrator can perform several actions.
