| Unable to check-in to my desk puck/handset using FS mobile app | The app doesn’t have access to Bluetooth or/and Location service. Reinstall carefully following the instructions above. |
| **If Bluetooth or/and Location access was denied during the initial installation, enabling them later in your phone settings will not activate them for the app. These permissions must be enabled before installation and confirmed during the first launch of the app. | |
| Floorsense app displaying blank page | Depending on the site size and your internet speed, the app may take a few minutes to download the floor plan and synchronise your account data—especially on the first launch. A strong internet connection is important to ensure a faster loading process. |
If you see a blank screen, please give the FS app additional time to complete loading. |
