iPad Touch Screen Completely Unresponsive
Symptoms:
- Tapping on the number pads does not provide any response.
- App screen does not go the the idle 'Scan Card to Open Locker' screen.
- Force Restart the iPad itself. To do this, simply press the 'volume up' button once, then the 'volume down button' once and finally hold the Lock button for more than 5 seconds.

- When holding the Lock button, the 'slide to power off' button will appear. DO NOT slide this, and continue to hold the Lock button. The screen will eventually power off and restart after which you can release the Lock button.

- The Apple Logo will appear to indicate the iPad is restarting and eventually the Lock Screen will appear. From the bottom of the screen, simply swipe up all the way to the top of the screen. This displays the Homepage and simply start up the Smartalock Kiosk app again.
