Symptoms:

• Number pads are highlighted, but tapping them makes no response.
• Touchscreen is still responsive.

1. With your five fingers, do a ‘pinch’ motion on the screen slowly. Once the app starts to ‘float’, release your fingers and a list of active apps should appear.

1. With your index finger, do a ‘swipe-up’ motion on the app until it is off the screen to Force Quit it.

1. On the home screen of the iPad, search for the Smartalock Kiosk logo and tap on it to open the app again.
