Activating Privacy Mode

By default any end users have an option to turn on Privacy Mode by tapping the :privacyiconfill:.

Privacy Mode can usually only be enabled after a booking has been confirmed.

If this option is not visible, it may not be enabled in the site’s policy configuration. In this case, an administrator will need to enable it.

Handset

When your desk status is set to Privacy Mode:

• Your status will appear as Do Not Disturb to your contacts.
• The Handset Status Light and screen will change.

Floorsense mobile app

1. Log in to the Floorsense mobile app.
2. Tap on Privacy Mode(or “Do Not Disturb”) icon :privacyiconfill:. Tap again to turn Privacy Mode OFF.

Change your desk privacy mode while booking a desk.

Floorsenese user portal/desktop app.

The Privacy section in the my.floorsense.com.au desktop app allows users to choose whether to show or hide their location on the floor plan.
