Activating Privacy Mode

If you’re busy and don’t want to be interrupted, you can activate Privacy Mode by tapping on :privacyiconfill:.

Privacy Mode can usually only be enabled after your booking has started / been confirmed.

If you don’t see the option, it may not be enabled in your site’s policy configuration. In that case, an admin would need to enable it.

Handset

When you status is set to Privacy Mode:

• Other users will not be able to search for you in the Floorsense web app or mobile app.
• Your status will appear as Do Not Disturb to your contacts, and they won’t be able to view your location.
• The Handset Status Light and screen will change.

Floorsense mobile app

1. Log in to the Floorsense mobile app.
2. Tap on Privacy Mode(or “Do Not Disturb”) icon :privacyiconfill:. Tap again to turn Privacy Mode OFF.
