There is an additional Enhanced support warranty available (at additional cost) which provides time definite SLAs around response and service restoration times.

Both the Standard and Enhanced warranty can be extended up to 5 years.

The customer is typically responsible for any infrastructure provided by them - for example Internet access, SSO operation and internal LAN connectivity between Smartalock controllers and other parts of the Smartalock system - this is depicted visually in the Service Responsibility Diagram attached as well.
