You can set your custom sit and stand desk heights using either the FloorSense mobile app or the FloorSense desk handset.

Your custom height presets are saved to your user profile and automatically become the default settings on both the mobile app and the desk handset. Any changes made on one device are automatically reflected on the other.

Set up your preferred sit and stand height using FS mobile app

1. Check in to your sit/stand desk using the mobile app or by swiping your access card. A desk height control will appear on your reservation ticket in the app (highlighted in green below).
2. Set your desk height to a comfortable sitting or standing position using desk control display or handset
3. Tap the desk height control in the app

Note: Desk reservation must be confirmed in order to use FME feature

1. Tap Start to set current desk height type.

1. Choose Sit or Stand to save, or tap Refresh to try again.
