To create a new admin account in Admin Portal navigate to Setting > System Configuration > Admin Users


In the Account Administration window fill-in the Add New admin user form and choose access restrictions by ticking Frontend Access and Reports Access tick boxes (see below).

Frontend Access will allow new admin to manage reservations Reports Access allows admin users access reports, various system integration settings, managing end user database and creating new admin accounts.
To update an admin password, enter the username and new password in the “Add New Admin User” form and tap Save.
