Delegate a right to book on behalf to

1. To delegate a right to book on behalf of others first go to Users tab

1. Search for a user that will be making reservations on behalf of others

1. Scroll down and tap on Search user in the ACTIONS menu

1. Add users to the list to book on behalf of by typing in the search user field.

1. Tap on red cross to delete users from the list if necessary.

Book on behalf via my.floorsense

Once users assigned to the list. The user/executive will be able to book on behalf via the my.floorsense.com.au web app.
