Floorsense Mobile app Installation requirements

Before the installation ENABLE the following services on your phone:

1. Location service
2. Bluetooth
3. **Internet (**either mobile data or Wi-Fi whichever is stronger in your environment)
4. ALLOW Location, Bluetooth and Notifications during the first run

The Floorsense app works only on smart phones – Tablets are not supported.

Supported smartphone OS:

iPhone 5, 5S, 6, 6S and later

Android version 7.1 and later
