A Fixed reservation is a permanent reservation that is created through the admin portal. End users cannot release this type of reservation.

An Adhoc reservation can be created through either the admin portal or the FS app. It utilises the system’s default values for start time, end time, and duration, which are configured in the admin portal. End users can release this type of reservation via the FS app or kiosk.

Overwrite Reservation Duration box allows administrators to specify the end date for fixed and ad-hoc reservations. If not ticked, the end time for fixed and ad-hoc reservations will default to the system settings.
