This video describes the new Notification Engine feature built into the Floorsense / Smartalock Primary controller. For operation of this feature we suggest setting up a small distribution group first to test prior to roll out to wider user groups.

Setting up a notification depends on several variables and requires proper testing before rollout. We recommend applying new notifications to a test user group first and thoroughly verifying the setup to ensure it delivers the expected results.

One useful tool is the “Preview Users” button at the end of the form, which can help confirm the configuration before deployment.
