IMPOTRANT:

1. If you did install the floorsense app directly from the app store please remove it first.
2. Before installation enable location service, Bluetooth and internet
3. Accept all settings during the installation process
4. The Floorsense app works only on smart phones – Tablets are not supported.

Supported smartphone OS:

iPhone 5, 5S, 6, 6S and later

Android version 7.1 and later

1. Go to your email box and find Floorsense Service email with your unique app activation link
2. Click on the link and register using your work email as per figure below.

To activate browser based FS app click ‘I’ll install the App later’.

To install mobile app tap the relevant app store link.

In the app tap ‘Rooms’ then ‘+’. Once reservation is made you will receive an Outlook event notification.
