Teammates are assigned by the Floorsense administrator and cannot be modified by users. However, any user can choose to follow or unfollow anyone.

If a teammate or a person you are following has no reservations their icon appears grey with ‘No booking’ status below it. Otherwise, tap on the icon to see their desk location on the floorplan.

1. At the very bottom of your phone screen, tap “Desks” to view all of your teammates and upcoming reservations for the week.

1. Open floorplan view to see and claim reservations made by your team leader. Team reservations will appear in yellow. Tap any of the reserved desks (in yellow) to claim it.
