This guide is for the Floorsense system administration via the web interface of the Floorsense Master controller. The Master controller generally has 2 methods for accessing its web interface

• Via an external encrypted URL provided by Smartalock or the Smartalock reseller during commissioning - for example https://customername.smartalock.com or https://customername.floorsense.co.nz / com.au
• Via an internal IP address of the Master controller if it has been allowed to connect to the customers DMZ / Building Management network.
