Creating Locker Reservation

To reserve a locker, tap "Get a Locker" and choose from the list of available lockers grouped by type. Then swipe your card to confirm your identity. If your identity is not allowed to reserve that type of locker, an error will occur.

Opening Existing Locker Reservation

To open an existing locker from the kiosk, you can use one of two methods:

  1. PIN: Tap on "Open Existing," select the reserved locker from the list, and then enter the user's PIN number.
  2. Swipe your card: Simply swipe your card, and the locker door will open. If the user has 2 or more lockers, the system will present a list of lockers to choose from.

Release reservation

For ad hoc rather than fixed reservations, the user is able to release their locker reservation. This action requires a second tap to confirm release.

Changing PIN

Open your locker with a PIN, then tap 'Change PIN' to update it.

Add/link/bind a new card

Open your locker using PIN then tap ‘Add Card’ button and swipe your new card. System will not allow to add a card if it is already in use.
