1. Firstly access ‘Installer’ mode by tapping on the ‘Person’ icon on the top left of the screen.

   

2. You will be asked to enter a passcode - by default this is “5555” unless specified otherwise, then tap ‘enter’. If passcode above is not accepted. To set a new passcode follow the instructions here but make sure to

   

3. If login is successful, a list of controllers that the tablet can see will be displayed. Tap on the ‘Local Bank’ button for the controller you want to map.

   

4. Following screen will prompt for a User ID and Password - use ‘admin, and ‘admin’.

   

5. This will lead to the ‘Smartalock Install’ page. The ‘Details’ section will be displayed first.

   

6. Tap the ‘Connect’ button to start the connection. Always do this first before heading to the next sections.

   

7. If successful, the Status should change from ‘Not Connected’ to ‘Authenticated’.

Like the iPad version of the mapper, you can change the Organisation Name, Building Name, Level Name and Locker Ranges. This can be changed via the ‘Change’ button.

When the change button is tapped, you should be able to edit by tapping on the text box. Once edit, tap ‘**OK**’ to save the changes.

2. ‘Lock Types’ section - only needed if the Locker type needs to be specified (eg Top/Middle/Bottom, Large/Small, etc). Again these can be edited via the ‘Change’ button.
