The floorsense mobile app enables users to self-enroll and remove their building access card's CSN (Card Serial Number) directly from a Floorsight Puck or Handset.

To complete this process, follow these steps:

1. Ensure you have a confirmed desk reservation

If you don't have one, create and confirm it using your phone app. Place your phone near the puck or handset, wait for the pop-up, and then confirm your desk reservation “Use this desk”.

2. Navigate to Settings (the top right three lines)

and go to "Capture Swipe Card", then tap Start.

3. While the App displays "Waiting for Swipe" swipe your building access card on the Puck or Handset

It will be immediately bound to your user account. You can now use your swipe card to checkin and check out of desks instead of the floorsense App.

If there is an error such as "card already associated with another user" then contact system administrator to resolve this.
