Add Desk Pass to your phone wallet

A Floorsense Desk Pass is added to your phone Wallet app. The exact steps depend on the phone, but generally:

1. Open the "Your Floorsense Desk Pass" email on the phone.
2. Tap “Save to phone” in the email and follow the prompts to Add the Desk Pass to Wallet.

Once added, the pass will appear in the Wallet app.

Ensure NFC is enabled in your phone's settings before using the pass.

To use the Desk Pass

Simply unlock the phone and hold it near the handset reader. You don't need to open the wallet.

Note: On iPhones, the NFC antenna is located near the top of the device. On Android phones, the NFC antenna location varies by manufacturer and model. If the pass is not detected immediately, slowly move the phone around the reader until you find the NFC "sweet spot."

Troubleshooting

If cannot find Desk Pass in your wallet go back to the email tap “Save to Phone” and when have a screen below tap “Add to Apple Wallet” then tap “Add”.

If Desk Pass is there but doesn't work:

• Ensure Google Wallet is installed and you're signed in with a Google account.
• Make sure NFC is enabled:
  • Settings → Connected devices (or Connections) → NFC → On.
  • On Samsung phones: Settings → Connections → NFC and contactless payments → On.
