Team booking allows team leaders to book multiple desks for their team. Once booked, team members can claim any of the booked desks (marked 🟡 on the floor plan) by checking in at the desk or via the app. If a desk reservation remains unclaimed, it can expire and be made available to other users.

The process for team leaders

Create a team booking

1. Open the desktop portal, ****my.floorsense.com.au.
2. Click Switch to Floorplan View.

1. Click the Team Booking icon.

1. Select preferred date for your team booking, and select all the desks to be booked.
2. Click Book Selected Spaces.
