To see reservations for your team, click Switch to Floorplan View.

There you will see your team leader reservations marked in yellow. Click on any to claim your desk.

Once desk claimed it will show to other team members in red.

To release a claimed advanced team booking tap on the reservation date in the Upcoming Desk Booking section then Release(as above)
