The floorsense App allows for end users to self enrol (capture) their building access card CSN (Card Serial Number) directly from a floorsight Puck.
To perform this task complete following steps
- Make sure you have a confirmed desk reservation. If you don’t have a desk reservation create one and confirm it via phone - by placing phone on puck, waiting for the popup and then confirming desk.
- Navigate to Settings (top right) and go to "Capture Swipe Card", then tap Start.
- While the App displays "Waiting for Swipe" swipe your building access card on the Puck. It will be immediately bound to your user account. You can now use your swipe card to checkin and check out of desks instead of the floorsense App.
To remove swipe card association swipe on the number
If there is an error such as "card already associated with another user" then contact system administrator to resolve this.
