Users can be uploaded into the database in a bulk manner instead of creating each user individually explained in the previous page.
The process is the same for importing users into a Smartalock only, Floorsense only or a system that has both Floorsense and Smartalock.
This feature can be accessed by typing the IP address/URL of the master, followed by “config/userdb.html”. An example is as follows:

The following image shows the interface of the User Database Management page.
The administrator will be able to access the following three tabs: User Export, Locker Export, and User Import.
The User Export section allows the administrator to export the current database, and only as a Tab-Separated Text File (.TSV). This TSV file can be edited manually and uploaded back into the database in the same file format, further explained later in the User Import section.
The Locker Export section is like the User Export, with the exception that it consists of the list of lockers, and the users currently assigned to them. This section, however, can be ignored as it is irrelevant to the database management system.
Future releases will also contain a Desks Export consisting of a list of desks and their current reservation holder (if any). Again, this export is irrelevant for importing new users into the system in bulk.
To import new users or update existing users in bulk, use the User Import section. Select a file from the local computer and then select the import type.
The two types of import can be chosen under Import Type:
