Bulk Importing Users into the System

Users can be uploaded into the database in a bulk manner instead of creating each user individually explained in the previous page.

Admin Portal Import user DB using TSV or CSV file

In the admin portal navigate to Settings > System Configuration > Users > User DB > in the User Export section tap Export. This step creates a backup user DB file on your PC.

Scroll down to User Import section and choose your upload file i.e test.csv > tap Import.

You will receive an import report if the upload is successful. Otherwise, the system will indicate what prevented the upload.
