The Desk CSN Capture feature allows for the rapid capture of end users swipe card numbers (CSN’s) against their user account. To use this feature follow as below: Click Floorplans -> Bulk CSN Capture

Select the desk which will be used to read the CSN card from - the desk will then go into listening mode.

Swipe an unknown card with sticker on the selected puck. The card number comes up on the portal screen with a search box as below, start typing the users name in the search box, clicking on the user will immediately bind the CSN card to the user.

If adding multiple cards just choose to listen for another card and repeat the process.
