The Web interface defaults to the Desk Administration tab. The left-hand hamburger icon is for selecting the floor to administer. Tapping the Building / Level buttons filters by these areas to make identifying the required floorplan easier.

The top bar is used to navigate to other Admin functions.

The Floorplans tab can be used to view the occupancy status of each desk, create/release reservations, and remotely interact with the Floorsight modules.

Like the Desks tab, the Lockers tab has similar features as the Desks tab except for the interface layout. The lockers tab will only have content if a Smartalock system is installed.

The Users tab is used to add, remove or lookup users on the system along with performing tasks such as assigning a swipe card or changing their locker PIN number.

The Reservations tab is used to review desk (and/or locker) reservations for users, or to release existing reservations to make them available to a new user. The fastest way to create a new locker/desk reservation however is through their respective tabs.

The Groups tab allows for the creation of groups of desks or users within or across multiple desk floors and assign different policies for each group. For example, identifying a group of desks that belongs to the Marketing neighbourhood.

The Analytics tab links to a statistics dashboard showing which lockers/desks are heavily used, and which are free. It is useful to identify desk areas near capacity. This tab also links to the backend reporting module which requires a second authentication (use same credentials by default). If the administrator account is granted reporting access the reporting backend pages will load

For ****systems that use dynamic allocation of lockers to users, the Analytics page will provide the average and peak duration of use which can help tune the default locker reservation length.

The Settings tab contains links to the backend system configuration (for example to create new administrator accounts, or to perform bulk imports of users and card numbers). This will require additional authentication to reach these pages. The tab may also link to the floorplan tools for systems that have those features enabled. Finally, this tab contains the Administrator logout button.
