Reserving a Workspace via the FS mobile app

Option 1

1. Find an available desk
2. Open FS app and tap “Reserve a Desk” then “Schedule Booking” or “Book Now”
3. Tap "Check-in”. Alternatively, the system will check you in automatically if it detects your phone near the desk for more than 2 minutes.

Option 2

1. Open the app and put the phone on the desk near a puck or handset. A notification will appear “Use this desk” or “Ignore”
2. Put your phone near the Puck or Handset and open the FS app on your smartphone.
3. Tap “Use this desk” or otherwise your phone with check you in automatically within 2-3 minutes

When the workspace is no longer required, open the app and press “Release”.

Option 3

If you have a pre-booked reservation, go ahead and confirm your booking using the mobile app.

1. Open the FS mobile app.
2. Tap "Check-in". Alternatively, the system will check you in automatically if it detects your phone near the desk for more than 2 minutes.
3. If you prefer, you can also confirm your reservation by swiping your building access card at the puck or display handset (explained below).

The Floorsight Handset / Display allows you to instantly reserve a workspace in person. If the device status shows DESK FREE, you can reserve the workspace with your building access card.

• Tap your building access card on the :rfidicon: symbol on the device.
• The desk status will immediately change from DESK FREE to RESERVED.

The indicator light will be green if available or flashing red/green if the space is reserved. It will change to red once reservation is confirmed.

Power to peripherals - such as monitors and docking stations - may be disabled until you check in.

You may hear audio alerts through the built-in speaker that remind you to check in. If audio is activated at your workplace, a beep will confirm if your check in is successful – otherwise you will get an error buzz.
