To link a new card to your account at the v3 kiosk, you need to have the option enabled. You also need to know your PIN number and have a locker reservation created either through the FS app or by an administrator on the Admin Portal.

Open Existing locker using the PIN, then tap the ‘Add Card’ button and swipe your new card. The system will not allow you to add a card if it is already allocated to someone else.
